Really just want to refund her and move on

A lady purchased a few mugs from me last week. There was a mix up in shipping and she was accidentally shipped the wrong mugs (as was another lady who was very cordial and understanding). However, this lady has been extremely rude with the whole situation. We refunded her the shipping and asked that she ship them back and we will get her the right mugs and will ship out of our own pockets (and we always throw in something free for the trouble). The Shipping was $9.45, she emailed with a picture saying she paid $23.15 for shipping and wants the rest of the shipping refunded "today!", even though we had spoke about the shipping and we refunded her $10 (we agreed on that). We reservedly paid the other $13.15. We received the package today and honestly, we just want to cancel the order and refund her for the whole thing. Since we have already paid triple for shipping and now wants us to ship again. She's been extremely rude and will not listen to anything we say.
