I didn't authorize a payment for 233.00 to a meeting site, that I paid one time for my brother in Switzerland. The site send a payment request to paypal, without my input, paypal paid it. I am trying to get the money back. Paypal is ignoring my request. Is there something I can do, to get my money back.

I'm about to cancel the account. Any advice? I am really getting "beyond annoyed" -- translate into whatever foul language you wish.

Hi @deceit,
Thanks for sharing your experience with the PayPal Community. I'm very sorry to hear that there's been some trouble with a recent transaction. 😞
It sounds like when you made a payment on your brother's behalf, you may have signed up for a subscription. In situations like this, we recommend reporting a billing issue in the PayPal Resolution Center. We will investigate the matter and provide updates and further details via email.
While our investigation is in place, you may want to look into cancelling the subscription to avoid any further billing issues.
I hope this helps!
