When you send money to someone for goods & services, not necessarily an e-bay transaction, and perhaps you do not receive, or receive an item that does not match the descripton of the item, will PP help with the resolution?
yes,just click on the transaction and file item not as described or item not received,you have 180 days
review seller/buyer protection,not all items are eligible
