If I sell someone a ticket for an event and its not something I am shipping to them, just something that I am giving them the day of the event, how do you make sure that they don't come back and lie saying I never delivered on what they paid for? I've never had anyone pay me through goods and services before, only through friends and family. I just want to make sure they once its all said and done, they cant try and get their money back after already using the ticket I sold them?
