i just opened a case for. a transaction , Actually when I paid I was expecting to recieve goods, but when i contact the seller he reply that he sending money to my bank account , and they have the proof ( he can easily send money to him bank ,and he will give a proof to paypal that he send me money )
the first transaction was for a wholesale purchase .
please any help Guys how can escalate this case to paypal reviews.
