Purchase by mistake

Hi all,
Did this happen to anyone when their little child made a large sum purchase by mistake and requested a refund from the seller?
It happend to me today when my 3 year old son bought add ons for a car racing game that I installed earlier. Does anyone know how to proceed to get a refund?

I would recommend reaching out to the merchant to request a refund. You can find their contact information in the details of the payment in the activity of the PayPal account.
You also have the option of opening a dispute in the Resolution Center of the account. You can find instructions here https://www.paypal.com/ca/webapps/mpp/security/report-a-problem.
