Proof of Address

My account is limited because it needs proof of address. I can't provide a utility bill as proof, as I live with my parents and the utility bill is not in my name. I don't have a credit card and I receive my bank statements through email. What should I do? I uploaded my photo id as proof of address because it's on there. Will that work?

Only customer services can know what they will or will not accept, you really need to contact them direct.
