I have have made numerous unsuccessful attempts today to report a problem with the Resolution Center. After selecting the transaction and clicking continue nothing happens and I'm eventually timed out. I've also tried to contact PayPal by email and phone several times today, but the website won't let me compose an email or give me a phone code. Is anyone else having these issues?
