so i made my very first large payment with paypal yesterday. after a few hours i received a text message from paypal (not sure if it really was paypal) Is this something that paypal would do?? everything they said was correct except that i didnt pay in USD. a friend said it could be paypal checking but once i typed 1 i got another text.
