I'm selling an item online and the buyer sent me the payment via PayPal. I got a confirmation email saying that he sent it to me and that it is now in my pending payment. On the paypal website I can't seem to find any transaction from the buyer or my pending payment wallet. Is this a scam or does it take PayPal a little to put it into the pending payment?
