Ok, so purchased postage for my item with relevant insurance yesterday, within the hour, package was delivered tp Royal Mail and scanned in. The tracking number provided is not recognised by the Royal Mail tracking service. I now have a parcel valued at nearly £1000 untraceable!! This is the first time I have used this service and likely to be the last if this is what I can expect.
Any known issues with Paypal tracking numbers?
Please help, as worried I'm going to lose both goods and the money paid for them
