Hello Frens , would like to know that my buyer have intentionally open a paypal dispute just to get his money back even after getting all the products and service properly.
Its almost been 15 days discussion going among us , so suppose if he doesnt escalate the claim to paypal within 20 days ,then as paypal mention that the dispute will be close , so in that process what will happen to money on hold , will I as a seller get the money back or it will go to buyer.
So in that scenario shall I escalate the case to paypal now instead of waiting for 20 days
