Why is it that when I click "contact us" then "call us" to discuss a problem I have...........Nothing happens.

I live in the UK and need to discuss cancellation of a payment.

No idea why it does not work for you, just checked it on my laptop and it went through fine >>>

You can't cancel a completed payment but you can file a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

Also its best to post on the U.K board for U.K info.

Many thanks for your help kernowlass, tried the number you provided and have now resolved the issue.

No idea why I was having problems, but all is now good.
