Paypal Error Page

I ordered a t shirt on Ebay. Was sent the wrong shirt. I opened a case & because I was sent a shirt Paypal denied the case. There is a "respond" for me on the claim but I'm not able to respond because I keep getting an error page. I've tried contacting Paypal and they just send automated responses. What can I do?!

I'm sorry to hear that you've had difficulty responding to a claim and contacting PayPal. If you're not getting a good response via the method of contact that you used, please consider reaching out a different way. You can reach customer support by Facebook, Twitter, or phone or email. A representative will need to manually enter the information if it cannot be entered via the site.
