Payment transfer from china to singapore

There is 1 person wants to transfer money to me from china to singaproe, for deposit of apartent rental

she ask me if i have paypal ac as she is using paypal ac

i do have paypal a but i always use it to make payment, never to receive payment

may i know if this is safe and what are the thing i should be careful about
