Email received from a seemingly legitimate company in France stating that they had used my PayPal account to process payment for an order I did not place. I have not responded to this email in any way. My account does not show any activity involving this company. In the original email, the company offers a one-click cancellation of the order if I did not place it. However, my training tells me not to click on response buttons in suspicious emails. How do I proceed?
