I sold a controller and sent it to the buyer, I received a notification that said payment received so I shipped it. Now my funds are pending and been pending for about a week. The guy I sold the controller to tried to scam a user on Ebay. Since I sent the item without Paypal saying it was "okay to ship" will they do anything about it such as credit my account or did I just lose out on the controller and money?
