I sold a watch, sent it after receiveing money. Transferred money to my bank account from PayPal. Now person is returning watch. Even though I haven't gotten the watch back, PayPal wants me to put money in my PayPal account to cover it. Do I have to refund the buyers money BEFORE I GET THE WATCH BACK? And what if it's fake now? What if he replaced it? What is my recourse?
