I am considering making a PayPal payment very soon (1-2 days) to a person who lives several states away. The payment is for two golf clubs totaling $85 that were advertised on Craigslist. If I were to make this payment via PayPal to this person who also has a PayPal account, what fraud protection could/would PalPay extend to me if I should I not receive the golf clubs after making my PayPay payment. I have a personal PayPal account and I assume the seller also has a personal PayPay account. I have been in excellent standing with PayPay for over 10 years using PayPay to pay for all of my MANY eBay purchases. I assume (?) the seller has a good rating with PayPal as well.
