I am trying to buy a puppy online. Seller says he needs a money gram because he says his PayPal account was hacked. Is this a scam?
I feel like it is.
Who knows. As a pupper sell I would want moneygram as the buyer cannot dispute.
As a buyer YOU determine how you pay based on your own wishes.
How much do you really trust the seller? What are your real options if the animal dies or only gets sick in the first week?
