PayPal Will Not Return My Money

I have 2 transaction from 1 buyer that went through successfully. A month later I received emails saying that disputes were opened up on these 2 transactions and caused my account to go negative. I then contacted the buyer and he explained that it was his fault, and that he had fraud on his credit card and disputed many transactions and did not realize he disputed mine. He then called PayPal twice to end these disputes and have the money returned back to me and after 2 weeks nothing has changed, except for PayPal asking for me to add money to my account so that it is not negative. I have tried using the dispute resolution center, emailing, and  calling PayPal and cannot get any help.  Does anyone have advice for me before I get a lawyer to handle this?
