PayPal Invoice (URGENT ISSUE)

Hi guys, I wanna ask you if someone send me money with a PayPal Invoice to my bank account which is not linked to the paypal account , can he re-fund or get the money bank ?

So, you sold a virtual item and got money.  This was an extremely risky sale. Unless a wire transfer, buyer CAN find a way to get money back.

I didn't bought anything , but he send me fake invoice to convince me that he relly payed me

Yep, fake invoice.  Buyers do not send invoices, sellers do.
