Parcel never received but payed for

Good morning,

I sent  a payment of $25.96 USD to a company  on December 5th through Paypal.  

I have sent emails to the compani mentioned above twice and have not gotten any response.  As of today December 29 th I still have not received neither response of package.

What would be mu next step if any available?
