i recently hired a contractor to do some work on my house. he never did any of the work and now he isn't refunding my money. i paid through paypal with the hope that i would have a little security as far as getting what i paid for. this guy is a verified provider by paypal. i submitted the a request for a refund and nothing has been done to get my money back. what should i do next?
