No real person to talk to for resolving unauthorized payment

I called within the hours to talk to a real person and still wasn't transferred but hung up on me.  I have the issue resolved with Ebay but they said I have to call paypal to get my money back.  Why is it so hard to get a real person to talk to?  I get so frustrated when these automated messages keep asking you stupid questions and you still get no where, now I have to wait until Monday.  I just want to talk to a good English speaking real person.

I'm so sorry to hear about your recent experience with an unauthorized transaction.  If you haven't yet done so, I recommend changing your account's password and security questions, as well as reporting the transaction via the account's Resolution Center.  You can find information on how to do both below:
