Hello all,
Yes, topic name is a best describtion of my situation. Please read it, and if you know what I should do now, than help me. Thank's.
So lets begin.
-2016.09.14 on ebay I have sold my item to <removed> (ebay name).
-2016.09.17 I got my money to paypal. After ~3 days!
-2016.10.04 buyer opened case on paypal, that he didn‘t receveid it.
My item is with tracking number, but I don‘t published it. So I have provided some kind of receipt to paypal, where is clearly visible who is receiver and tracking number. See img http://imgur.com/1GcUrpm .
Then they asked more information from me. So in this case I have provided the same receipt and Spain post tracking system information from web http://imgur.com/X4Eta98 , that item is delivered on 2016.10.03. Also, I called to our post office and asked to confirm my item delivery. They said me, that sometimes it can take up to 60 days, and they can‘t do it immediatly. All this information I have provided to paypal second time, and asked for more time to do this, because it is not possible to do as fast as they want.
So, they closed the case, and returned money to buyer. WTF?
Now I have paid extra money to our post office, to get faster confirmation of delivery. So now I have confirmation with buyer signatare and I think passport ID number, where we see how buyer cheated. See there http://imgur.com/1IoGLBV
Ebay will not help me, because case opened on paypal. I wrote few time to paypal via contact form, but no one cares it. THey only sending big FAQ instruction to my email.
What I should do? Is it possible to return my money? Where I should contact? This forum is monitored by paypal employees? How I can trust this payment system, if I have provided all information, that he received item, but paypal decided to trust to cheating buyer, who only said that he didn't receiveid? HOW?

@BamLT wrote:Absolutely all this information which is mentioned in this post is provided to paypal during case actions. In image, www, and words form. It is no more else information which I can provide.
Yes, I have tried to appeal it. My first step is http://imgur.com/1tFfCvh and then http://imgur.com/8dEHj5t
In last step I cant nothing to write, because this information is already provided. Also after clicking submit button happens what you see on last image.
It looks like Paypal does not recognise your tracking and post office data.
go to Twitter or Facebook and send them a message.
It is probably Lithuanian Post is not the right words for Paypal.
