My PayPal account got limited with an insanely strange reason.

Why is my account access limited?

• 14 Sep 2017: Your PayPal account shares at least one piece of information with a PayPal account that has issues and therefore a limitation. To remove the limitation, you need to resolve the issues on this account.

PayPal is saying that my account is linked to this email account, 

I totally have no idea whose email is that.. It is insanely hilarious. Did i just lost $400+ for no reason? This is so frustrating !!!
Can anyone help me on that? Or anyone has previous experience of this? I did not come from a rich family 😕 $400 really means a lot to me 😕 This is really really frustrating not being able to do anything 😕

Your best bet is to phone customer services and see if you can sort it directly with an agent.
