I need to return items and it is looking complicated, no enclosed paper work, return address. I see people have had problems, not sure where to begin the process

First step is to contact the seller or merchant - call or email them.

If that's not possible, go to the Resolution Center and open a Dispute.

If you paid with a credit card, you do have the option to contact your card issuer for assistance.
