Hi, I shipped an item and the envelope was delivered open and the content was gone, am I covered?

Well personally i would take responsibility if a buyer didn't get what i sent them and i would refund them and try claiming from my postal service.

As to whether you are 'covered' that would depend on....

 

how they paid.

what dispute they opened.

how they funded that paypal payment to you.
