I did not receive the item sent by seller with tracking information. Seller sent by registered mail, USPS tracking said item on it way to destination city for almost 5 weeks ago then no further information since.Paypal closed the case in favor of the seller because he had provided tracking information but there was no delivery on tracking per tracking and i did not sign for it . USPS most likely it was lost in transition . I am disappointed with Paypal for not backing me up here. What is the so called " buyer purchase protection " in this case I have never received the item. It's not seller fault but it is not mine either. Thanks you in advance for your feedbacks and suggestions.

Item not received disputes are normally decided automatically, if tracking supplied then it closes in favour of the seller.
But if you give customer services a call you can appeal that decision.
Advice is voluntary.
