I bought an item, not as described (incomplete) I have documentation. I tried to get PP to intercede But they "closed" my return request when I did not ask for closure. I tried going thru the buyer, he refused return and whines about his "sick wife:"; wont address proof it isn't as described. I called PP and they sided with seller even though I showed proof not as described. Help!
