I am trying to dispute an issue (I have not received a transaction from July and the seller has quit responding). When I go in to dispute my claim, I can see my purchase, but I cannot select it so I cannot complete the process. A transation ID is not listed, and I am not sure if that is the issue? It has all the other information but that. Does anyone know how to fix this or what I should do to be able to complete the dispute process.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
