Is this fraud?

I purchased three items via Ebay which were never delivered.  Requested refund and Paypal say I have been refunded.  My Paypal account reflects Nul, Zero, nothing balance.

Both Ebay and Payp[al do not reply to my mails or requests.  Proof of payment cannot be given.

Is fraud in operation here?

When was the refund issued?

Did you get an email to say you had been refunded?

How did you FUND the paypal payment to the seller in the first place, bank transfer OR a debit / credit card.

Before accusing someone / company of fraud its best to ask for some information.

I paid via EFT

Such a long time ago.

Many, many, many, many generic mails from both seller, Paypal and eNay.

My accounr reflects nothing, zero, zip.

Somebody is lying.

I would like to eskalate this matter as I am now tired of receiving repetitive mails where I have replied in full.

Also, it is for three items and Paypal and eBsay only refer to one.

Fraud?
