Likely, but more information needed.
Is this an image from your PayPal account activity on your computer?
Was this an image received from an email? If so, what is the address of the sender?
Is this related to anything you did?
Did you do anything after this?
The address was the service email from PayPal that was found in my spam folder. Also, there was no alert of any kind on my PayPal feed so I thought this was immediately super sketch. Additionally, the item I was selling was on the app LetGo whereas on the bottom of the email (which I didn't post) says it was sold on craigslist
The email address has an '@' symbol. So, what is the REAL email address of the sender, not the spoofed email address. You should learn how to find the real email address. You spam folder found it, so you should also.
Selling LetGo and Craig's list are like posting invitations for a scam.
So,how do we know this is a scam? The sender's email is not PayPal.com.
PayPal does not send out graphic notices for payment.
PayPal does not require tracking for payment confirmation.
There is no transaction in your PayPal transaction activity.
