So i sent a guy $47 USD Yesterday for some coins, i never recived my coins but i did pay with goods and services, so when i disputed the payment it said i need to ship back the "item" sent to me and then i'd get a refund, but i never got a shipmet as what i tried buying was a digital good and never got it. Would it be possible to get a refund because i used the Goods and Services, not Friends and Family?
