Is it possible to contact PP during a dispute?

I'm in a dispute over a product I bought. While it is clearly no good and I set pics showing that in my dispute, PP is telling me it's no good and needs more info but doesn't say what they do need. I have no idea what to do. I feel I need to talk to them but no way to. The "contact us" only gets you a robo message back. Thanks for the help
