I want to use PayPal in Bangladesh, how to do this?

Hi,

I'm a freelancer from Bangladesh. I need PayPal too much for transaction. How can I verify my account? I have relatives in US. I have Payoneer bank too. How can I get help from then?  And why PayPal do not come to our country? Or when we will get PayPal. Please help me now.

Looks like Bangladesh is not part of the PayPal network.   See this link.
