I received personal payment which is now in dispute status

I received personal payment which is owe from me.  After send me the money sender mailed me with CC to PayPal as a proof of payment. But when I noticed the sender send half payment,  then I was very angry and did argument with the sender. Next day I found the sender opened a dispute. Now my money is in Held Status.

I also forwarded the email to PayPal also talked to resolution center personel.

Can any one guide me from your experience please...

if he sent under friend and family,he cannot open a dispute,but if he sent under goods and services,yes ,he can.

I also knew personal payment never can dispute. I also showed proof of email communication. But paypal deducted my money, really disapponting experience, i loose $1000.

if he sent via friend and family,but file unauthorised transaction and Paypal verifies it is indeed unauthorised ,then yes,it can be reversed.

OR he can go to his cc issuer and file,then you lose .

Paypal is not always a good way to accept payment,money gram,cashier check,postal orders are better
