I did not purhase anything

just got a email saying that i sent a payment to River Valley Alliance but I have not purchased anything, What should I do? Is this a scam?

I got the same email with a charge from the same company, River Valley Alliance. Full of links to PayPal... which I didn’t touch. $105 was the amount. Pretty good scam as it didn’t have the usual spelling mistakes or telltale signs of being bogus.
