Hello, I have been refunded by a buyer of mine on a GAME. I had given them items on a game for money and the deal went through smoothly. Weeks later, she refunded it and marked it as an unauthorized transaction (that she wasn't the one who sent the money when in fact, she did). I have proof of our conversation and I have a picture she sent me of herself sending me the money to show that she sent me the money. I now have negative balance and the case is closed. Is there anything I can do about it? Calling would keep me on hold for hours. I do not want negative balance anymore and I would like my money back.
