Hellow,
I got a notification from Paypal that i had received a refund from the seller and it would show up on my bank statement in a few moments. The problem is, i can't see it in my bank account, and also if i try to purchase something i get denied. Please, i need any suggestion on what i should do, it's been five days now.
Best regards

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).
That is as long as you had the paypal email to confirm a refund had been issued to you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Okay, i once thought as long as the refund status shows ''Completed'' then the funds were already in my bank account. Anyways, let me hope things will be different by the end of the week. Thanks for your help!

What are the details of the original purcase transaction? Is there a linked refund transaction? This would be on your activity list page on your computer.
