Hi all, here is the odd case:
- I sold an old MacBook Pro as "broke". The payment was received on my send.
- When formatting the harddrive before shipping, it failed completely and I informed buyer.
- The pushy buyer asked for a discount which I was not willig to grant. Since he was very pushy I just cancelled the payment received.
- Now, the buyer got upset due to the slow response time (usually 24hrs) and says he wants to address this with an attorney.
- Conflict resultion option yields an error.
- Personally I would prefer no to sell but will if legally required.

As long as the buyer received their money back - don't think there will be any legal issues, (assuming there's no written agreement or contract between you and the buyer). And I'm sure that getting legal help involved with something like this would cost far more than the buying an item that was advertised as "broke".
