How to communicate with Resolution Center on an Open Case

I opened a case as a buyer because i NEVER received the merchandise that i paid for...Paypal has started an open case etc etc..which is great but how does one communicate with 'this open case' in order to ask further questions or provide any more information...there should be a message center involved in this resolution center in order to deal directly as i have no way of responding to some updates from an email that you cant respond to
