How to avoid a chargeback scam (non-Ebay sale)

I am selling a high dollar tool.  It was not an Ebay sale, but I asked for Paypal payment to avoid check scams.  However, I'm reading that even Paypal has chargeback scams.  This is a $1100 transaction and I want to ensure I'm not getting scammed!  I received notice that they have paid.  What steps can I take to ensure I'm protected if they dispute the charge with their credit card company?
