How to Win: Significantly Not Described - Missing Item

A buyer bought a Travelers Notebook Leather Zipper Case. When she got the package, she filed a dispute claiming there's a missing item, which is the NOTEBOOK. Of course there's none because she didn't buy any. ONLY the leather case.

Do you think I can win in this situation? I don't know what's the buyer's intention and we cannot say she cant understand English well because shes from an English speaking country.
