A buyer bought a Travelers Notebook Leather Zipper Case. When she got the package, she filed a dispute claiming there's a missing item, which is the NOTEBOOK. Of course there's none because she didn't buy any. ONLY the leather case.
Do you think I can win in this situation? I don't know what's the buyer's intention and we cannot say she cant understand English well because shes from an English speaking country.

Sorry but when i read 'Travelers Notebook Leather Zipper Case' I presumed it was the Notebook in case as well.
