After the buyer received my item they messaged me on ebay asking if they can return the item because it was too small. I told the buyer i dont accept returns and that all sales are final. Then the buyer opened a case on paypal against me claiming that the item was not as described and that it was the wrong color. Even though the item was as described and the right color i still responded that i will issue a refund when the item is returned back to me. It has been a while and the buyer is not shipping the item back. My question is, how long does the buyer have to ship the item back? and if they dont ship it back will the case be closed in my favor and the money returned back to me??
if not ,do it now,so the clock starts ticking,he has x number of days to return,if he does not,YOU WIN and case will be closed by robot and your money which is held now in y our account will be released
