I have a question about buying privately from a person who's gonna send me the package via dhl, and I am souposed to pay via paypal. I fail to understand how does paypal payment connect with the package, is that something the seller must do? Do I just send him money for goods and services, and I'm protected, or does he need to set up a payment request and add some details of the package and such? Thanks! >_<
