How do i cancel a claim?

I made a claim earlier this week but the seller had a change of mind now i would like to cancel the claim but paypal wont let me says its invalid error

Do not cancel the claim until you have item or refund.

If you cancel then you won't be able to open another one if the seller does not follow through.

The seller is willing to give the delivery as promised if i cancel the claim..

And will they? You had to open a dispute to get them to say that so ask yourself why don't they just deliver whilst the dispute is ongoing then you could close the dispute when you get the item.

Do you know how many folks close disputes and they never hear from the seller again?

As i said you can't re-open it once closed but its your call if you want to take the risk.

the claim was never cancelled and the seller has blocked me from talking to their operators so i dont have a way of contacting them as they do not respond back to my emails
