How do I resolve an open claim, its never closed out

I have an open claim for a purchase made to Road Runner Sports which I never made. RRS has no record of the purchase and PayPal denied my claim???

Now they gave me a an immmediate temporary credit which they revoked after marking the claim denied.

It looks like I can't continue the claim until its marked closed???? 

Any help would be appreciated.

what kind of claim did you open?

if the case is closed,it cannot be open again.

if you have used your credit card,file chargeback with cc issuer
