How can i protect myself from a chargeback when A guy does a pick up?

Someone wants to pick up a PS4 from me and pay me with paypal when he arrives. Since there wont be any tracking, how can i protect myself from a chargeback?

Since they are picking it up cash on collection always.
Never accept ppal for collected items as u will have no proof of delivery if there are problems
Why pick it up then pay by ppal I smell a chargeback!
